One year old!

We had an ice cream social for our family to celebrate Ben turning 26 and Beth turning 1 (they are only 2 days apart. We didn't do a cake since beth prefers ice cream over cake! I love this last picture- she is giving cousin Tilly some hugs and loves! SOOO CUTE!

Dear Baby Beth,

Can you believe you have been on this earth for a whole year!!? I bet you miss Heavenly Father and being in Heaven but we are sure glad to have you in our family. I hope you feel His Spirit in our home through our love, music and striving to keep the commandments. You are so special and I can just begin to see what some great things are that you will do here on this earth. You are so quick to give mom and dad kisses (open mouth slobbery one that we love!) and you give us lots of hugs and loves. You are a very loving person that will be able to touch many people in this world. You are very mild tempered like your dad, not quick to cry or get mad. I bet you will be a peace maker and an understanding friend, wife and mother. I love you Beth, I am so honored and blessed to be your mom. Happy Birthday!

Beth is just beginning to crawl.

Her favorite things to eat are little bits of blueberries, strawberries, grapes, and soft bread.

She sleeps well at night unless she isn't in her crib :)

Beth can say "mama" and "dada" and she knows who we are because she loves playing peek-a-boo with us!

She loves dogs, other kids to play with, and being outside.

She loves to watch Baby Einstein movies!

P.S. I'm 16 weeks along and I am getting so excited to have this baby! With Beth I was so unsure and worried about what it was going to be like but with this one I am just getting more and more excited as I get further along! This being a mom thing is really fun! :)
